Professional Background
      
     Mr. Brown has concentrated on the practice of immigration law since 1979.  As such, he has represented businesses and individuals before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services; the U.S. Department of Labor; and the U.S. Department of State as to the availability of non-immigrant visas, immigrant work visas, immigrant family visas, and in implementing fully the requisite application and petition processes pertaining thereto.

RECENT LECTURES
     Mr. Brown's recent lectures on immigration law include the NYSBA Annual International Law Conference in Madrid, Spain on the subject of non-immigrant work visas; The Association of the Bar for the City of New York Continuing Legal Education Conference on the topic of "Structuring Corporate Transactions to Maximize Nonimmigrant Visa Benefits"; and has spoken at Pace Law School on "Putting the Squeeze on Foreign Visitors."
